Great post Joseph. Thanks for sharing. There’s an article in Bloomberg about Joe Torre walking away from the Yankee and how pay for performance wasn’t a motivator. http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/10_26/b4184096316499.htm

Robert, Perfect. That is exactly it. Money is a de-motivator but not a motivator. Knowledge workers are more inspired by the chance to make a difference and to grow!
