I did a Kanban almirah for my study plan at last night. it is interesting. This really helps me track my progress. It also reduced lot of stress i had earlier. Now studying is becoming little bit fun.

Another fun and educational video. Thanks to your entire family for sharing (even though Mom was off-camera). I’d be interested to know if the girls continued to break down their tasks and at some point figured out they were spending more time running down to move a card than doing the work? If that happened, did they adjust the card size back up or was that part of the fun?

The stories were pretty small at this point, cleaning the sink vs. the counter was a bit absurd to me, but I am not the one doing the work. They liked it so that is the way it has stayed. I think it is part of the fun of it all.

Such sweetness… I’ll share this with anyone who tells me they can’t do Kanban or agile due to learning times… and with my friends with children so they can start putting the house in order agilely.
