As a focuser I Can take a direction Follow through and make the corrections necessary to stay on track, Focusers, Prioritize then act. As an activator I can make things happen by turning thoughts into action! Being a maximizer I focus on strengths as a way to stimulate excellence in my clients. I am always looking to transform something strong into something superb! Finally as a learner I have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. The process of learning excites me. Joseph lives in Washington State with his wife Jeanne and their three daughters. Joseph is a Certified Project Management Professional ( PMP®), and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
